（原标题：BT 第一站 Kickass 被封！美国强硬制裁盗版）

去年中旬，全球BT第一站Kickass（昵称“踢屁股”或KAT）被查封，其联合创始人，Artem Valuin在波兰被捕。

之后，美国一直试图引渡Valuin，但由于著名律师Ira Rothken出面保护，始终未能成行。

不过，一份伊利诺伊州法院的最新案件快报显示，Valuin决定在近期主动签署引渡协议，回美受审。

该消息得到了Valuin辩护人的确认，但Rothken没有说明他们团队和美方达成了何种条件互换。

此前，Rothken可是曾在相似的局面下成功保住“盗版之王”Kim Dotcom（Megaupload创始人，天才黑客）而顺利逃脱法律制裁。

资料显示，KAT一年的广告收入是1200万美元，如果盗版、洗钱、逃税等罪名成立，Valuin将面临最高20年的监禁和破产。

无独有偶，昨天，欧洲法院裁决称，BT种子网站海盗湾直接侵犯版权。

加之最近，索尼、微软、Hulu、迪士尼、CBS等成立创意保护联盟，联合起来对抗盗版电影、游戏等，BT种子或将在很长一段时间内进入寒冬。
