Stevie Rex是一身患TAR综合征的残疾人，但是这并不妨碍他享受游戏，最近他就给大家带来了自己是如何使用双脚玩《最终幻想14》的视频。

由于身患TAR综合征，Stevie的手臂没有骨骼的存在，因此他发育的很不健全。生活都不能自理的他很难想象还可以玩游戏，而且还是《最终幻想14》这样的大型网络游戏。不过，多亏了游戏灵活的按键设置，Stevie可以通过双脚控制手柄探索游戏世界。

Stevie曾在Reddit论坛上表示，他自己一直想尝试MMO（大型网络游戏），不过由于只能用脚玩，对他来说进行这样的游戏过于困难，不过多亏了《最终幻想14》独特的设计，他终于如愿以偿。

由于《最终幻想14》是面向PC和PS4平台所开发的，为了能用手柄进行操作，在一些指令上进行了不同的设计。SE灵活运用了手柄的肩部按键，玩家可以通过肩部按键调用模块化的技能，玩家一次可以调用出8个技能，不过当快速按下R2按键时，就会切换另外8个技能。

不过，这套系统对于Stevie来说也并不是尽善尽美的，不过能让他玩上这样的游戏他已经很感激SE了。目前Stevie表示日后会上传更多的有关他玩游戏的视频。
