晨报讯（记者彭小菲）因在百度搜索并下载360手机卫士等软件时捆绑“百度手机助手”软件，以及百度安全论坛、百度杀毒微博发布“举报360恶意行为”活动，奇虎公司以不正当竞争为由，将百度网讯公司及百度在线公司诉至法院。日前，海淀法院受理了这两起案件

晨报讯（记者彭小菲）因在百度搜索并下载360手机卫士等软件时捆绑“百度手机助手”软件，以及百度安全论坛、百度杀毒微博发布“举报360恶意行为”活动，奇虎公司以不正当竞争为由，将百度网讯公司及百度在线公司诉至法院。日前，海淀法院受理了这两起案件。

奇虎公司诉称，用户通过百度搜索并下载360浏览器、360保险箱等软件时，“百度手机助手”软件会被捆绑在安装程序中，随即会一同被安装到用户手机。同时，百度安全论坛发布“举报360恶意行为”活动，并向用户承诺举报可获百度WIFI。奇虎公司认为，百度网讯公司、百度在线公司对奇虎公司构成不正当竞争，要求对方停止不正当竞争行为并赔礼道歉，因捆绑“百度手机助手”行为索赔500万元及维权费用100万元，“举报360恶意行为”索赔200万元等。目前两案正在进一步审理中。
